Only a select number of privately owned Eco Cabins are available for rental.  Reservations are made directly with the owners who coordinate with the Resort.  While the Cabins are privately owned, guests enjoy all the facilities of a world class resort set in a unique natural environment.

Due to fixed costs, we require a minimum stay of 2 nights (Standard Season), 3 nights (Easter) and 5 nights (Peak Season). Rates generally become cheaper the longer you stay.

Peak Season: 11th December 2009 - 27th January 2010 and School Holidays - (Min. 7 nights)

Standard Season: Other times up to Easter - (Min. 2 nights)

Easter: Friday 2nd to Monday 5th April 2010 - (Min. 3 nights)

School Holidays (Eastern States): - (Min. 7 nights)

Bookings

Deposit

A minimum deposit of one night's accommodation rate is required to secure a booking.

Payment of this deposit will indicate acceptance of the Cancellation Conditions noted below.

Resort Service Fee

A Resort Service Fee of $50.00 is charged by the Resort and provides for the check-in service, luggage handling & use of all resort facilities available to other resort guests.

Method of Payment

Payment can be made on-line via credit card using the PayPal service. Alternatively, an electronic transfer can be made to our NAB bank account. Details will be provided following your inquiry.

Final Payment

Full payment is required at least 21 days prior to check-in.

For bookings made less than 21 days prior to check-in, full payment is required at time of booking.

If deposit or final payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

Note: All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars.

Cancellation Conditions & Refund Policy

As we rent out one property only, we do not have the flexibility to make up for late cancellations. We therefore must apply the following cancellation conditions:

• The deposit is not refundable.
• Up to 21 days from check-in: 50 % of any final payment made up to this time is refundable.
• Less than 21 days from check-in: No refunds will be made.

Travel Insurance

We recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover against unforseen circumstances.  Travel insurance is available via State motoring organizations or other insurers direct and can cover you for airfares, accommodation costs & even expensive car rental excess charges (cheaper than taking out insurance from rental companies).  Companies we have used include:

RACV Travel Insurance

Note that RACV & the company underwriting the policy offer $ 3,000.00 of cover for car rental excess.  This means you can avoid the exorbitant rates charged by the car rental companies and actually just pay for the car at advertised rates.
